At Modern Therapy WA, we recognise that emotional well-being is shaped by our relationships, intimacy, and sense of connection with others.
I work with individuals and couples in Perth navigating relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, trauma, and sexual wellbeing. I approach these conversations around desire, connection, and vulnerability—with compassion, respect, and without judgement.
My work focuses on creating a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space where you can explore relationship dynamics, sexual concerns, trauma, and emotional challenges at your own pace.
I help clients navigate relationship strain, desire differences, sexual dysfunction, and the complexities of building and maintaining meaningful connections.
Alongside therapy, I provide education and practical tools to deepen your self-understanding, strengthen your relationships, and support lasting change.
A Space to Slow Down and Reflect
Therapy offers a space to step out of the day-to-day pressure and look more closely at what’s happening in your life. Many people move through challenges without time to process them. Over time, this can lead to feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
In our work together, we slow things down. This creates room to notice patterns, understand emotional responses, and make sense of your experiences. With greater awareness, it becomes easier to respond in ways that feel more grounded and intentional.
